This notice explains the information TradiPilot uses to operate its Telegram control service.
Information we process
We process Telegram user and chat identifiers, bot commands, public wallet addresses, account settings, service events, and technical logs. If you connect a bot wallet, its signing material is encrypted before storage.
Why we use it
We use this information to create your account, operate the service, secure wallet access, answer status requests, apply your controls, diagnose faults, and protect the platform.
Wallet information
Use a dedicated bot wallet. The private connection page uses an expiring, one-time link. TradiPilot does not display the private key back to you after submission.
Public leaderboard
The leaderboard is private by default. If you opt in through the bot, it publishes only your chosen nickname, selected performance view, confirmed-fill count, and update time. It does not publish your account address or Telegram identifiers. You can opt out at any time.
Storage and access
Operational data is kept on the hosted service. Access is restricted to the service operator and the running application. Encryption reduces risk but cannot remove every security risk.
Requests
Pause the service through Telegram before requesting account help through the channel where you received access. Some records may be retained where needed for security, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.
